Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Pathrova website, mobile applications and services. By creating an account or buying Pathrova Pro, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Pathrova helps users organise career profiles, CV evidence and job applications, and provides AI-assisted insights and tailored-CV guidance. Pathrova does not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, role suitability or the accuracy of third-party job information.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account, password and activity. Tell us promptly at support@pathrova.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Pathrova a limited permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, protect and improve the service and to comply with law. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. AI output and user responsibility

AI output may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. You must review it before sending, publishing or relying on it. Do not use Pathrova to fabricate qualifications, experience or achievements. Pathrova is not employment, legal, tax or financial advice.

5. Free and Pro access

Free accounts include the features and monthly allowances shown in Pathrova. Pathrova Pro includes the paid features shown at checkout, subject to reasonable fair-use and security limits designed to prevent abuse or excessive automated use.

6. Prices and payment plans

• Monthly: £7.99, automatically renewed each month until cancelled.
• 12 Months: £79.99, automatically renewed each year until cancelled.
• 30-Day Pass: £12.99 as a one-off payment for 30 days of Pro access, with no automatic renewal.

The final price, applicable taxes and renewal terms are shown before payment. Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments and Link. Stripe or its relevant affiliate acts as merchant of record and may provide transaction, tax, refund and customer-support services for the purchase.

7. Renewal and cancellation

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically using the payment method held by Stripe until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a recurring plan from Pathrova’s membership area. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. A 30-Day Pass expires automatically 30 days after activation.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the checkout terms and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If there is a problem with a purchase or service, contact support@pathrova.com.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Pathrova, interfere with its operation, bypass limits, access another person’s account, upload unlawful or malicious material, scrape the service, resell access without permission, or use output to mislead employers or others. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Pathrova or third parties.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Pathrova available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or product improvement. If a material change adversely affects a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

11. Liability

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, business losses arising from consumer use, or loss caused by failure to follow reasonable instructions or verify AI-generated material where verification was appropriate. A loss is foreseeable if it was obvious or both parties knew it might happen when the contract was made.

12. Ending your account

You may stop using Pathrova at any time. Ending an account does not itself cancel a recurring payment unless the cancellation flow confirms that it has been cancelled. We may end access for serious or repeated breach, fraud, unlawful use or risks to the service.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law of the country where you live.
